The logistics team has over 15 years multi-modal experience contracting some £1bn of transport, warehousing, port, rail and related value adding service deals for PLC and SME user and provider clients. Our experience covers all the major commercial sectors including retail, manufacturing, auto, electrical, food, pharma, oil & gas and hazardous and is supported by a thorough working knowledge of the Incoterms for international goods sales including logistics related risk and liability provisions.

The team brings a highly commercial approach both to user and provider negotiations, lending its wider commercial contract expertise to leverage and add support to clients' negotiating position and minimise their risks. We understand the key legal and operational issues both for conventional and bespoke logistical arrangements, whether 3PL, 4PL or sub-contracted. This extensive experience enables us to reduce complex operational arrangements to practical contractual frameworks which can be readily understood and applied by the parties. We also work with our clients' ancillary strategic partners and provide appropriate contract frameworks for their multi-disciplinary arrangements, including specialist sub-contract, IT, MHE, leasing and property inputs.
